The service at Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon was really good. The staff were great, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Veranda restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience with knowledgeable sommeliers and delicious food. Although there were a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool/spa area and gym, were superb. The location on the patio overlooking the garden was lovely, and it was not far from all the best neighborhoods.

From check-in to check-out, the service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the heart of the city and nearby attractions. We also loved the beautiful view from the bar and the delicious meals served at the restaurant. Truly a nice experience.

the luxurious amenities and excellent service made us feel pampered and relaxed. the spa facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending local restaurants and attractions.
The special diet menus were delicious and satisfied our dietary needs.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is in the city center next to the important markets and in close proximity to Liberty avenue. It is also across the street from the botanic gardens, providing a pleasant view. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing, with marble bathrooms and L'Occitane toiletries. The staff is attentive and the concierge service is excellent. The gym is top-notch and well-equipped, offering a great fitness experience.
The hotel premises may have a slightly dated feel, reminiscent of the 70s.
